Paul Eugene Edwards was called home by God on September 9,2017
Paul was a real Yankee Doodle Dandy born on the 4th of July, 1950
in Detroit, Michigan. He was preceded in death by his parents,
Logan and Juanita Edwards and his brothers,David , James
and Rick .

Paul proudly served his country honorably for ten years of which 3 years
he volunteered to serve in Vietnam. He was a recipient of the The Bronze Star Medal with the "V" device to denote heroism is the fourth highest military decoration for valor. along with other medals.

Paul enjoyed working at Home Depot, His associates were his second family.
In his spare time he enjoyed fishing, barbecuing , his motorcycle , and spending time
with his family and friends. Whenever someone was in need, Paul was always there
to help.

Paul is survived by his children, Sandy ( Scott ) Market, Shawn ( Dennis ) Satterfeild , and Ricky ( Peggy ) Edwards.
Paul is also survived by his partner of 28 years, Cindy and her children, Michael Jr.
Michele , Natasha , and 10 grandchildren, all of whom will deeply miss him.
Paul will receive Military Burial at Great Lakes National Cemetery , Holly, Michigan
at 9 :30 A. M, Friday , September 15th. There will be a gathering of family and friends at Seven Lakes State Park , Holly, Michigan, following the service.
