Angeline Maude Bronson, age 81 of Otter Lake, passed away on Sunday, December 1, 2019 at home surrounded by her family. Angeline was born on February 15, 1938 in Detroit, MI to the late Joseph and Clara (Hurst) D’Angelo. On February 16, 1957 she married Lawrence Bronson. She had many hobbies including: baking, cooking, crocheting, dancing, bowling, gardening, painting, shopping, playing cards, playing the organ and piano, and floating on the lake. Angeline loved her family and her pets. They would often stay up late talking, singing, telling jokes, laughing and hugging. She liked to drink her coffee and look out her kitchen window at the flowers and falling leaves. She enjoyed arranging flower bouquets. She is fondly remembered as “Aunt Toots” to many of her family members.
Angeline is survived by: her three sons, Mark (Lisa) of Trenton, Jeffrey (Wendy) of Manchester and Todd (Stephanie) of Essexville; 13 grandchildren; sister-in-law, Alice D’Angelo of Sterling Heights; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Lawrence in January 2019, and her brother, Joseph D’Angelo. Memorials may be directed to McLaren Hospice.
There will be a gathering on Saturday, January 11, 2020 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm, with a Memorial Service at 1:00 pm at the Columbiaville Community Center. Pastor Bruce Crockett will officiate.
