Obituary of Susanne D. Leonard

Susanne D. Leonard, age 99, of Lapeer died April 8, 2021 at Covenant Hospital in Saginaw.  

Susanne was born November 18, 1921 in Cleveland, Ohio to the late Daniel and Julia Sav.  She married Wallace J. Leonard in September of 1967.  
Susanne had a strong Christian faith, she enjoyed studying the bible, bingo, the occasional trip to the casino, but most of all she loved spending time with family and friends.   

Susanne is survived by her daughter Sharon (Donald Cobb) Ballard, sister Katherine McNeely, grandchildren: Ron Pearson, Daniel Pearson, Renee Clark, Lisa Weeks, Desiree (Liran) Amado, Laurie (Tom) Grimes, Sherri (Joe) Beidler, Mark (Jessica) Rivington, many great grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.  She was preceded in death by her parents, and husband.  

Cremation has taken place and a private celebration of Susanne’s life will take place with the family.    Cremation arrangements entrusted to Jansen Family Funeral Home - Columbiaville.
