Cheryl M. Williams of Sandusky, age 61, passed away June 13, 2021 after a courageous battle with cancer, surrounded by family and friends.
She was born April 14, 1960 in Deckerville to the late Wellington and June ( Dennison) Hendra.
Cheryl served in the United States Army from 1978 to 1982 and was stationed in Germany. She worked at Vibracoustics in Sandusky as a lab technician for many years.
She is survived by two sisters, Judy (Mark) Herrington and Patsy (William) Steele, several nieces and nephews and her beloved cats, Rocky, Buffy, Jasper and Toby.
Cheryl was a strong , independent and generous woman all of her life. She loved animals especially cats. She enjoyed going to casinos and spending time with her family and friends.
She was preceded in death by three brothers, James, Edwin, and Gary Hendra. One sister-in -law Arlene Hendra and one nephew Roger Hendra.
She will be missed by all who knew her.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
