Obituary of Dorice Ardine Jenkins

Dorice Ardine Jenkins, 84 of Millington, formerly of Lake Orion, passed away October 2, 2021 at home with her loving family.

Dorice was born in Pontiac Michigan, on November 7th, 1936 to Robert and Violet Kibbe.
She married the Love of her Life John Jenkins on June 18th, 1955.  They were happily married for 66 years. She loved crocheting, going to bingo, the casinos, and scratching off her lottery tickets. She also loved making beautiful flower beds in the summer. She was the most wonderful wife, mother, and grandmother anyone could ever ask for. She was loved dearly! Our lives will not be the same without her.

She is survived by her loving husband John Jenkins. Daughters: Renee (Tom) Neibler of Otter Lake, Vicki (Gary) Kelts of Ortonville. Sons: John (Jamie) Jenkins of Flint, Mike (Jeanette) Jenkins of Fostoria. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren: Ron, Angel, Garrett, Makalia, April, Lacie, Michelle, Amber, Mick, and several great grandchildren. Brothers: Dave (Marie) Kibbe of Ortonville, Bobby (Marilyn) Kibbe of Roscommon, Bernie (Donna) Kibbe of Petoskey. Sister in law Barb Kibbe of Davison. And her little precious dog Tweety. She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Violet Kibbe, in laws Clyde and Gertrude Jenkins, and brother Rick Kibbe.

Cremation has taken place, and a Celebration of Dorice's Life will take place in summer 2022.   Arrangements entrusted to Jansen Family Funeral Home - Columbiaville.   Memorial contributions in memory of Dorice may be made to the family.   Share condoelnces, memories, and pictures with the family at
