Obituary of Lisa Kay Stone-Jones

Lisa Kay Stone-Jones, age 62, of Columbiaville went to be with her Lord and Savior on July 14, 2022 at Ascension Genesys in Grand Blanc.   

Lisa was born March 2, 1960 in Flint, Michigan to the late Illie and Opal.  Lisa attended the Assembly of God church in Columbiaville.  She worked at Suncrest Nursing Home in Lapeer for 35 years.  She started working in the cafeteria and then transferred to the activities department, where she greatly enjoyed laughing and putting smiles on the residents faces.  Lisa enjoyed crafting, but most of all she loved spending time with her family and friends.  

Lisa is survived by her daughter Amber Jones, sister in-laws: Jackie Stone and Julie Stone, nieces & nephews: Alonda, Lonnie, Ronnie, Kolyn, KC, great-nieces & nephews: Hannah, Emily, Lucas, Conner, Harlen, Braxton, Quil, Jarron, many close friends, and her puppy Paige.  She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Lonnie and Larry, and ex-husband Fred Jones.
