Obituary of Diane Lynn Sauer

Diane Lynn Sauer, age 68, of Port Hope went to be with her Lord and Savior on August 1, 2022 at the Hospice House of Shiawassee County.

Diane was born February 4, 1954, and was the daughter of the late Harry and Marjorie Sauer.  She was active in the Amvets Post 115 in Port Hope and member of the Lighthouse Assembly of God in Harbor Beach.  She enjoyed helping and caring for dogs, but most of all she loved spending time with her family & friends, especially her grand-daughters.  

Diane is survived by her son Shannon (Tiffany) Chene, 2 grand-daughters: Cloey & Cadence, niece Amy Case, brother Harry Jr (Kitty) Sauer, close friends: Jo Ann and Martha.   She was preceded in death by her parents.  

Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Diane’s Life may take place at later date.  Arrangements entrusted to Jansen Family Funeral Home - Columbiaville.  Memorial contributions in memory of Diane may be made to any area humane society.  Share memories, condolences, and pictures online with the family at www.jansenfuneralhome.com
