Obituary of Sally Anne Bean

Sally Anne Bean, age 84, of Columbiaville died September 29, 2022 at Stonegate Health Campus in Lapeer. 

Sally was born September 12, 1938 in Royal Oak, Michigan to the late Harold and Cassie Haupt.  She married Robert Bean on May 18, 1957 in Fostoria.  Sally worked at various retail stores in Lapeer up till the 1990.  She was a member of the Columbiaville Historical Society and Rebekah Lodge 136 in Columbiaville.  She enjoyed thrift shopping and checking out garage sales.  

Sally is survived by her children: Sandra (Bob) Brown, Stephen (Kay) Bean, Lori (Clark) Green, Penny (Jim Guigar) Bean, siblings: Marjorie Dorner and Eugenia LaBlanc, 9 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, son Gregory, sisters: Barbara, Janice, and Donna.  

Funeral service 1:00 PM on Thursday, October 6, 2022 at Jansen Family Funeral Home - Columbiaville, where family and friends may visit 4:00 to 8:00 PM on Wednesday, October 5, 2022.  Interment Dawn Memorial Cemetery.  Memorial contributions in memory of Sally may be made to the Columbiaville Historical Society.  Share memories, condolences, and pictures with the family at www.jansenfuneralhome.com.
