Obituary of Dorothy Jane Margrif

Dorothy Jane Margrif, age 92, of Davison died December 22, 2022 at

Dorothy was born July 12, 1930 in Columbiaville, Michigan to the late Leland and Minetta [Cuthbert] Butler.  She later married Dave Margrif.  Dorothy was a past member of the Lapeer Free Methodist Church and Lapeer Moose Lodge.  She enjoyed playing euchre, shopping, but most of all she loved spending time with family and friends. 

Dorothy is survived by her children: Linda (Gene) Breckenridge, Richard (Kathy) Margrif, 5 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, children: Arnold, Janice, grandchildren: Jennifer, Jason, several siblings, and good friend Clarence Leazenby

A private service was held on Wednesday, December 28, 2022 at Jansen Family Funeral Home – Columbiaville.  Interment Rich Township Cemetery.  Memorial contributions in memory of Dorothy may be made to Heart to Heart Hospice.   Share memories, condolences, and pictures with the family at www.jansenfuneralhome.com.
