Will so miss his big smile and giggle whenever he came to family gatherings. He was a fighter through his physical challenges but didn’t emit self-pity but instead, gratitude for the blessings and simple joys of the day. Will miss his Facebook posts and photos and will miss him.
As a regional manager in the property management field; when you run across a person that stands out in word, deed and just makes your job easy they are unforgettable. Mike was that kind of team member to me. He never complained when we had large projects to complete, even if it meant him helping his team members when he was done with his assignment.
From the moment i met him he always showed kindness, talked about is cat, his gnome and hat collection. On one of my many visits to the community he insist on showing me his collection of gnome and hats. I must say they were awesome and his hats were neatly placed on the hat hanger and his gnomes were lined up in order on each step.
He has been missed since he retired and will be missed more that he has made his transition. R.I.P. Mike.
