Deborah Lynne Turner, age 63, of Lapeer, Michigan, a longtime resident of Suisun City, California died January 2, 2019 at United Hospice in Marlette, Michigan surrounded by family + friends.
Deborah was born November 6, 1955 in Bakersfield, California to the late Henry Jr. and Mary Horton. In 1973, she graduated from Fairfield High School, and also married Ken Turner, her husband of 43 years. Debbie retired after 31 years of working at Solano County Probation Office. She had a heart for animals, and loved her four-legged daughter Zoey very much.
Debbie is survived by her son Brian (Shawn) Turner, siblings: Gladys (Ray) Cerbone, Michael (Helen) Horton, Tim (Cindy) Horton, Connie Armstrong, Henry (Heidi) Horton. Grandchildren: Chris, Anthony, Alex, Sarah, Nick, Allie, and several great-grandchildren, many nieces + nephews, and great nieces + nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Ken, son Adam Turner, and nephew Zach Horton.
Cremation has taken place and a memorial celebration of Deborah’s life will take place at a later date in California. Her cremains will be interred along with Ken’s and Adam’s at Fairmont Memorial Park, Fairfield, California.
